Russia-Ukraine war!

Do not fight! Have peace!!

Puthiya Tamilagam Rally in Chennai on 11th March 2022!

People of Tamil Nadu will gather!

In opposition to NATO border expansion to Eastern Europe, Russia has been launching a military offensive against Ukraine for the past 12 days, insisting that Ukraine not be included in the NATO alliance. The result has been massive damage to the soldiers of both countries and the people of Ukraine. As a result, people from around the world, including more than 5,000 Indian students, are still struggling to leave Ukraine. Crude oil prices have more than doubled as a result of sanctions imposed on Russia by the United States and NATO. The economies of many countries not involved in the war are also at risk. In addition, if NATO countries go directly to war in support of Ukraine, it is in danger of erupting into a nuclear World War.

Therefore, on behalf of the Puthiya Tamilagam Party at 11.30 am on Friday 11th March from the Valluvar Kottam onwards to the US and Russian consulates in Chennai, the rally for “No war. Peace.” is to be held.

The announcement was made at a meeting of the Puthiya Tamilagam High-Level Committee Meeting held in Coimbatore on 5th March. Even though it is at short notice, all the state, district, union, and branch leaders of the Puthiya Tamilagam Party are requested to attend with a large number of volunteers. I also humbly request all humanitarian social activists and the general public in Tamil Nadu to attend in large numbers as well.
