BJP member’s comments on Prophet,
India should not apologize!
Indians will never agree to that!

BJP spokespersons Nupur Sharma and Naveen Jindal, who took part in a debate on an Indian television program, were expelled from the party following a controversy over their comments about the Islamic ambassador. However, there has been widespread condemnation from Arab countries, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran, and a call for an apology from the Indian government.

India is the largest democracy with a population of 140 crore. There are many political parties in it; One of them, the Bharatiya Janata Party, is currently in power. Two members of the party were expelled from the party for commenting that another sect was repenting. Unsatisfied, however, some countries continue to urge the Indian government to apologize. If the Indian government listens to their pressure and apologizes, it means that 140 crore people have apologized. The Indian people will never accept such a move; The Indian government should not listen to it. Just as India does not identify itself with the BJP or any other party, so does the BJP if it does not become the Indian Nation. So the Arab countries should not insist on the irrelevant demand that India should apologize. The news coming in the last two days is causing great concern to the Indian people.

The news that Indian people working in the Gulf countries are being threatened with dismissal and that Indian goods are being ignored in those countries is not good for the country.

For thousands of years the Indian nation and the Indian people have suffered a great deal from the invasions of the Afghans and the Mughals. The invasions have caused irreparable damage to Indian places of worship and culture. Who has ever apologized for all of that. Who will apologize?

Hindu shrines and properties in Bangladesh were destroyed during the Durga Puja festival in October 2021; 21 people were killed. Hindus are being tortured day by day in Pakistan. Even in Kashmir, which is part of India, Hindus are being killed every day. Hindu places of worship are being destroyed in Afghanistan. Did a single condemnation arise from the Gulf countries for all this? Has no one ever apologized to India and Hindus?

But now the intention is to make 140 crore Indians apologize for two members of a national party commenting about a religion. With such a global war cloud covering, no such move would be conducive to public peace. The Home Ministry should also take appropriate action against those who post anti-Indian comments on social media while living in India.

Therefore, I urge the Arab countries to be satisfied with the steps taken by the BJP and put an end to this problem without further aggravating the problem.

Comments by two individuals from a party should not be made a national issue.
